- AMAida MillanNov 19, 20241.0Texas First Rentals is a ripoff. Check everything on your contract. I rented a large skid steer and returned it in a timely manner. Couple of weeks later they Invoiced me for a $3,000 damage out of the blue. I tried to call them several times Coby, never returned my call and their San Antonio office literally ignored my calls to find out what happened. Then they slapped me with a Collection. Terrible way to do business - “ignore your Customers if they have a concern “ must be there Work motto. Very disappointed because now I need to deal with a Collection Agency because they ignored our calls. Bad business ethics!!
- MWMichael WelchAug 27, 20242.0The equipment looks fine. It took an hour. They want you to load and strap everything yourself. Then tell you how to do it as well If I'm going to do all the work and be responsible for it. I should be able to strap and load the way I want it.
- MGMarco GarzaAug 11, 20235.0Great customer service from Mr. Colt and his tech. Our lift wasn't working great the first first day, so Mr. Colt sent out tech to check it out and then sent us a new lift! Safety is their top priority and ours also. We will be renting from them again for sure!
