- KFKeith FoleyAug 21, 20241.0Charged me 625$ over 4 installment payments for 6 months of credit repair work. Very knowledgeable, sent out first round of letters no problem. Would constantly forget what he was working on for me and who he was supposed to send letters to, even right after a phone conversation. He told me that he no longer has a team, that it's just him and one other guy so I can somewhat understand. Overall not very aggressive or thorough. By month 3 we were in the settlement process and he wasn't even sending letters at this point, just going onto the debt collectors website and sending emails which isn't effective whatsoever. Seemed like he was doing minimal effort to get by til I finished the 4 installments and I was right. By month 4 I paid my last installment on time as usual. We had a phone meeting scheduled a few days after to which he never showed up for. Left numerous emails, and voicemails with no response. Completely ghosted me at month 4 after receiving final installment. Even though the contract was for 6 months. Complete waste of money, would've been better off doing research and sending letters myself.

Take your money and settle accounts on your own. Simply call creditor and request settlement. I reached out to Harley and he never called my wife and I back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY
