- CRChristopher ReeseJun 28, 20232.0Had a code thrown under warranty with my C238 skid steer. Also had a cutter gearbox that was shattered. They fixed the cutter perfectly. As for the code, they couldn’t make it throw the code for them so they patched things up and gave it back to us (70 miles away). It threw the code again, along with two additional codes - all fuel system related - all under warranty. We had agreed to them coming to our farm to repair if it failed again. When we called for that service, they were willing….FOR AN HOURLY FEE! That right there is what’s wrong with our world today. It’s warranty - they know it’s warranty - and still want to hammer the customer for whatever they can squeeze out. I’ll let another dealership take care of it, now - and will no longer use this dealership. That’s poor customer service, and I won’t tolerate it.
- JDJo DivaJul 19, 20212.0Although they have a service center they spend all of their time trying to sell you a new tractor so you still end up getting service elsewhere.(I'm not even sure they do repairs🤷🏼♀️)
