Meeting went well. Terry is straight forward. But in no way was there any pressure to change from our present car and home owners. And that’s the way we like it. Answered all our questions. Took information home with us. To go over and compare with what we have now. And then decide if we just get auto , homeowners or both . Jen the office manager was helpful and pleasant .

Terry is the best! I was with him before I moved out of state and now that I just moved back he made the state to state transfer seemless! I am back with him. His service is honestly unmatched. Also, Jennifer in the office is wonderful and knowledgeable. I am very happy to be in such capable hands again!

Maryanne Olson is a rare find. She knows everything there is to know about insurance, true; but what she offers is so much more. She instills confidence. I always feel like she is in my corner, and it’s like having an insider advocating for you. This kind of service is why I have stuck with State Farm for well over a decade. It was founded on the principle of genuine, neighborly concern. And because Maryanne knows the industry backward and forward, it’s incredibly reassuring because the industry is notoriously convoluted (the materials the company gives you to read are shockingly dense with legal jargon), and let’s face it, it’s a bit scary. Will I be covered if something happens? Will my life be upended? Bring your worries to Maryanne, and she will give you honest options that reassure you beyond the formulaic answers you might get from other insurance industry experts. Even when I moved away, Maryanne was there for me. Her work ethic is second to none, and her value is irrefutable. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to her.

From "automatic reply" via email, you will see all instructions that are very helpful for all customers when needed. Saving time for both Terry Stach - State Farm Insurance Agent and his customers. I have never seen "automatic reply" with useful instructions from my former State Farm Insurance Agent.
