  Total clown show! They did a roof for us in 2020, were called back to fix a leak and charged us to repair THEIR work. DO NOT HIRE! They are con artists, plain and simple...

  Asked for two bids, one complete and replace, the other was for an overlay over exsisting roof. Per 3 other companies and Terry Sowell estimator the roof condition was suitable for an overlay but normally doesn't recommend to do overlays eventhough the overlay would meet code requirements. I was given only one estimate the complete removal and replace of which was over $2000 more than any of the other companies bids. No brainer here. I highly recommend you shop before you buy.

  Terry Sowell Roofing is definitely the best roofing company around!! They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff works hard to make sure the job is done right. No complaints

  I was buying a home and wanted a roof inspection I called Terry Sowell roofing to try to schedule one they told me I could a free estimation and the only difference is they wouldn't write anything up unless there was a problem and I would be verbally told the life remaining on the roof. I figured that was fine. they did not give a date when they could come out, said they would call to schedule it later. a week later I call to find out when they plan on going over, only to find out supposedly they went out on Monday (it was Thursday I when I called), I never received a call saying they were going out, never received a call saying they went out, never received any form of communication to say what they found. to top it off it sounded like they hadn't gone out and the information they gave was guesses ( average life span of a roof is 25 years, they said half the life was used so I had about 5 years left... you do the math) they were very unprofessional, and very shady in ho they conducted their business. I will not use them again and I hope you learn from my mistakes and do not use them!
