  Thanks to Dave an the team at Territorial roofing! After multiple roofing companies failed to properly fix my Spanish tile roof, I was starting to lose hope—until I found Territorial Roofing. From the start, their team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced with tile work. They not only identified the real issue quickly, but executed the repair flawlessly. My roof looks great and has held up perfectly through recent weather. I truly appreciate their craftsmanship and commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend them, especially if you have a Spanish tile roof—these folks know what they’re doing!

  Had a great experience with this company! I felt they gave me a thorough and fair quote. They verified the start date the week prior to starting. The people were always prompt, professional and detailed in their work. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction and they explained any adjustments they made that were different from previous work done. I won't hesitate to go back with this company for any future roofing needs.

  Territorial was recommended to us by another roofing company because they did not install tar and gravel roofs. We were very happy we went with Territorial. Rip was friendly and professional and his team did an excellent job considering we had a lot of challenges with gas lines and electrical lines that had to be removed and reinstalled during the process. I'd highly recommend them to others.

  Territorial is an exceptional roofing company! They did a phenomenal job not only with our roof but also our rental house. David was very professional and handled our house as if it were his own. Highly recommend this company as they have excellent workers and do an outstanding job.
