Today, I returned a Stihl product that I purchased (never used) back to Terpstra’s. Not knowing their 15% restocking on returns, they waived the fee and helped me out. I realize that this is their store policy and will adhere to that policy toward future purchases. I have been a Terpstras customer for 15 years and they always look after their customers. Thanks

Their repair department took on a difficult project of converting the 7 inch tracks on my Scag Jackel loader to wider 9 inch tracks using a conversion kit when other shops were hesitant to tackle. I am a new customer, but will be a customer for life. What great service!

We had an issue with an engine mounted inside one of our trucks, and several other companies turned us away. This team stepped up and came through for us! They took the time to assess the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the job within a timely manner and with care. Thank you Ron and Dan for an excellent experience from start to finish! Would highly recommend to anyone!

It would’ve been nice if it detailed explanation would’ve been given to me on exactly what was done to my machine when I came in to pick it up rather than just a receipt with A bunch of computer codes and then the total cost people want to know exactly what needed to be done to their equipment not just say you owe me this amount thank you bye
