I was recommended to this office by my former Statefarm agent/office when I moved states. The assigned agent, Lindsey, provided me a quote. I agreed to quote but then when I went to pay my monthly payment it was $30 higher per month than the agreed upon amount. I contacted her about it and she said she would look into it and that the charge must have been a mistake. When I hadn’t heard back in over 2 weeks, I called the office. She said “whoops it was a typo in the original quote and the premium they charged me would be the monthly amount”. She then took quite some time to provide me new quotes. They refused to refund the difference. Given their lack of professionalism and poor response times I wouldn’t recommend this office. Needless to say, I switched to a different agency with far better customer service and better rates.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service I’ve consistently received from Teresa Garten’s team! While traveling, I had some disruptions with my payments, but the staff—through phone calls and texts—worked tirelessly to keep my vehicle and whole life insurance plans active and ensure I had no issues. When I was involved in a minor accident, they handled all of the legal concerns quickly and professionally, and my rates didn’t go up.
A special shoutout to Lindsey, who kept a close eye on my payments to make sure I wasn’t overcharged, left detailed notes for the whole team, and ensured everything was always clear and accurate. Sarah was equally friendly and helpful when I called back, and it truly feels like the whole staff cares about their clients. Lindsey even made sure I received the correct payment due for switching a vehicle from my back-and-forth changes in garage liability to full coverage, without being overcharged.
If you want a team that goes the extra mile and treats you like family, look no further. Highly recommended!
