My wife and I can’t thank Ian and Brittany enough for their incredible attention to detail, thoughtfulness, professionalism, responsiveness, and truly caring nature. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable alongside offering an amazing portfolio of options to make our day special. Everything rented from the tents to the chairs looked brand new and the crew doing setup/take down were extremely courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about Tents Unlimited and have referred them several times with all the same great reviews coming back. Keep up the great work!!

When is the best time to reserve equipment for my party or event?
It is advisable to secure your rental equipment as early as possible. Popular dates, especially holidays and peak wedding seasons, tend to fill up quickly. To guarantee availability, a reservation is necessary. This involves signing and returning our rental agreement along with a 40% non-refundable deposit, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.
Can I modify an existing reservation?
Adjustments to item quantities, such as tables and chairs, are accepted up to one week before your event. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of additional items. Please note that cancellations or reductions within one week of the event are not permitted, and full payment for all items will be required. For tent cancellations or entire reservation cancellations within 30 days of the event, full payment is mandatory. For any further clarification on rental terms, please contact our office.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made in several ways. You may visit our office in person, contact us by phone, or send an email. Please note that email requests are not considered confirmed until an official reservation is made. If you don't receive a response to your email, we recommend following up with a phone call. To confirm a reservation, we require a signed rental agreement and a 40% deposit, which can be completed using our e-sign and e-pay platform.
How do I get an estimate for my party or event?
For the most accurate estimate, we suggest scheduling a phone consultation. This ensures all necessary items are included in the proposal and all relevant information is collected. While we do provide estimates via email, please be aware that all estimates are subject to a site visit for confirmation.
How does pricing work?
Our standard pricing is based on a full, single-day rental. For extended rental periods, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for more information on longer rentals. While the setup of tables and chairs is not included in the base rental cost, we can provide this service for an additional fee, subject to availability.
When is final payment due?
Unless prior arrangements have been made, final payment for all orders is due on or before delivery. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover, or american express). If paying by check, please ensure it is received two weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for processing.
Do you deliver to my city/town?
Although our base of operations is in litchfield county, tents unlimited provides service to most cities and towns in connecticut. During peak seasons, availability may be influenced by location. We recommend contacting us to confirm service availability in your specific area.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the event location and the items ordered. While table and chair setup is not included in the standard rental cost, we can provide this service for an additional fee, subject to availability. For specific pricing, please contact our office. Alternatively, most items can be picked up from our warehouse at no extra cost, pending availability. Our pickup hours are monday through friday, 9am to 4pm, excluding holidays.
What time will you deliver and pick up my items?
Delivery schedules vary depending on the size of your order, event type, required staff and trucks, and weather conditions. Typically, items are delivered one to three days before the event date, unless otherwise arranged. While we attempt to accommodate specific delivery and pickup time requests, please note that strict date and time restrictions may incur additional charges due to necessary schedule adjustments.
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
We strongly recommend that either you or a designated representative be present during delivery. This ensures the accuracy of the items delivered and their placement in the correct location.
