I recently toured Tens on West in Midtown Atlanta and was impressed by its blend of modern design, convenient location, and standout service. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully appointed, featuring gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, elegant quartz and granite countertops, walk-in closets, spa-inspired bathrooms, and built-in desks—all of which contribute to a polished, well-organized living space.
The community amenities are hard to beat. There's a resort-style pool, three rooftop sky decks with city views, a well-equipped fitness center, a lavish courtyard, covered lounging areas with TVs, and even a dog run with washing station. A 12-hour concierge adds an extra layer of comfort and convenience.
You couldn’t ask for a better location—just steps from MARTA, Piedmont Park, dining hotspots, and cultural destinations. The overall walk score is 91, and it's an active, transit-friendly area.
Residents consistently praise the staff—especially maintenance. Comments like “always quick to address requests” and naming individuals like Michael, Irvin, John, and Ania for their friendly and efficient service pop up regularly. Many said that the team makes them feel like part of the community.
That said, there are mixed experiences. Most reviews are glowing, but a few past renters raised concerns about security, parking logistics, and management communication—particularly around move-ins and maintenance builds.
All in all, Tens on West feels like a luxury experience rooted in a prime Midtown location—with impressive amenities, detailed interiors, and a staff that’s dedicated to keeping residents happy. Just be sure to ask questions about parking, security, and any specifics that matter most to you during the leasing process.
