Please explain why these collar rings have 3 loops? Rabie collar hole (mich less dog id) can not slide through (so fusturating). Had to use older collar ring from other vet. Do not have industrial snips to cut it.

Excellent and thorough care for my elderly cat and also my other cat who has lung and heart disease. No other vet properly diagnosed issues in either feline. Very pleased with the quality of care at Tender Care!
