  Hello! We were in Telluride for a DH Mtn bike race the 9th and 10th of August and we were in the shop numerous times. Unfortunately, my son was having mechanical after mechanical on Saturday butToby and his staff were BEYOND helpful!!! The whole staff was great to us the whole day. It felt like we were in the shop more than he was on the course but we are so grateful for all of the help and hope to see you all next year! (but maybe after a full day on the hill!! ) LOL Amber and Aiden Rowell

  Had the best experience in this shop during my weekend in Telluride. Toby and staff worked with me on bike issues with great customer service and care. I eventually rode a bike from the rental fleet that was top notch. Toby understands mountain bike customers, and makes your time in their location worth it. Seriously cannot thank this shop enough for the hospitality through a DH race weekend.

  Bike rentals are setup horribly and are an absolute death trap. The suspension has so much air in it to the point where it didn’t move at all it was like it was locked out. Genuinely don’t know what was going through the person head when they set this up, this has to be a joke. LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT IN THE SUSPENSION IF IT CANT EVEN MOVE!? And the people who are renting out the bikes have no clue what they’re talking about. Please don’t rent bikes from here they are not safe. Please get people that can actually work on bikes this is a huge safety hazard.
