  Awesome company, highly recommend! We fully replaced our upstairs and downstairs units with them almost 3 years ago and didn’t have a single problem until this week… and it ended up being some mice that chewed through a wire (totally not the equipment or their fault). Still they came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly for us. Also helped us prevent it from happening again.

  I called Ted this afternoon about my A/C not cooling. Given that it’s the middle of the summer and it was already late in the afternoon, he apologized and said he couldn’t make it today, but that he would squeeze me in tomorrow. I told him that I may need to try to get it done tonight. Instead of just leaving me to find someone, he suggested another reputable company that I could try. I called the other company but, like Ted, they couldn’t come out until tomorrow morning. I texted Ted and let him know that, and 30 min later, he called me to let me know he was outside my house. He said he finished up early, so he figured he’d go ahead and come by. Took a look and quickly fixed my issue. Bottom line, he referred to a competitor because he couldn’t get to me immediately, and then when they couldn’t do it, he came by after he had finished for the day. Great guy, great service, great value! Highly recommend!
