  Reliable, Responsive, and Effective! Since partnering with TRT, the single biggest benefit has been the prompt, reliable communication. Whenever we have an issue, someone is always available to answer the phone and get things resolved quickly. Compared to our previous IT firm we worked with in the past, TRT's communication is exceptional. They don't leave you in the dark, and they're always on top of things. If you're on the fence about choosing TRT, I’d say don't settle for being ignored or having your issues go unaddressed.

  Super helpful tech support! They are fast and always courteous and they don't even make you feel dumb. I love that they are local as well, so if I ever do have a problem that can't be solved remotely, I can talk to a real person.

  We are a local small business and connected with TRT about two years ago after our LAN crashed. They were on-site the next day and had us back to 100% that same day! Since then, we have moved to a co-managed IT solution with TRT and couldn't be happier with the decision. From helpdesk support to higher lever consulting, Chris and his team have been there for anything we need. We have fully welcomed them into our company and feel like they are a part of the family. TRT operates with high standards and integrity. You can't go wrong working with them in any capacity.

  Chris Hale of Technology Response Team asked me if I would write a general endorsement letter for him and his firm. It is my pleasure to do so. For quite a while, my company attempted to do the bulk of our IT and Systems work in house. It never worked well. We then happened across TRT and the support they offered met our needs. As our relationship grew, we began to expand their role until today when they are our outsourced IT department. Our experience with TRT has been excellent. They are cost-effective, responsive, efficient and pro-active. We have come to rely on them for guidance, purchasing of equipment, design of systems and a range of day to day troubleshooting activities. They have demonstrated a strong commitment to service and to quality. We know that when we call, for advice or a problem,their response will move us forward or handle the issue in a timely manner. If you are considering bringing in an outside firm to service your IT needs, I believe that you cannot find a better more cost efficient vendor than TRT. In fact, it costs us considerably less to have them provide these services than it did trying to do it in-house. More importantly perhaps, is that we absolutely trust them.

  We are a business that is growing very quickly and TRT has been with us to help us the whole time. From when we started out as a small company that needed some upgrades, to now when we're a large company that needs constant IT support. We've greatly enjoyed working with Nathan and he has gone out of his way to help us whenever we need anything.
