  Rude staff - very condescending and arrogant. Inventory is great but why shop there if they don’t appreciate your business?

  Had a very professional and friendly experience with the staff at Tebo today! They explained the steps they take and what the findings were in great detail. Good safety protocols with a locked front door and one salesman assigned to each customer for privacy for autonomy. A very positive experience!

  DO NOT GO HERE! Went there to sell a piece of jewelry and I told the man I wanted to be with the piece when he weighs it. He stopped right there and told me he couldn't give me a quote since I didn't trust him. He was very rude to both me and my partner while I was trying to explain to him I would just not like the piece of jewelry out of my sight. I have gone to multiple other jewelers and they allow me to be with the jewelry as they are testing/weighing it. To me this is a huge red flag and I would not trust them and specifically the older bald man with glasses and a mustache. He was very rude and just there to start a fight instead of telling me why I could be with him while he weighs the piece.

  Walked into Tebow Coin to check out a gold necklace—14K rope chain, 29.2g, about $1,900 in gold value. They wanted $4,000. I asked why the insane markup, and the guy literally said, “We’re just greedy here.” At least he’s honest… about being shady. If you like paying double and being treated like a walking ATM, this is your spot. Otherwise, take your business to someone who doesn’t confuse customer service with daytime robbery.

  Walked into the store, excited to purchase coins, Specifically, Canadian silver coins. They must’ve thought that I was ignorant, They tried deceiving me on spot price and their markup above spot on multiple different coins. They kept switching the price, And the order of operations of their math. Buyer beware. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. They literally upped the price three times. Very disappointing. I would like to support storefront shops, But unfortunately, these guys may assume that you are a fool. Save your money. Also, Boulder sales tax.
