  I called Friday morning, and by Friday afternoon, Bruce had inspected the problem areas and came up with a treatment plan. He and his son came back on Tuesday and treated the foundation.

  Horrible. I arrived 15min after our scheduled inspection and Bruce had already left. I was told there was NO evidence of termites. I then went into the crawl space with my inspector and there was clear evidence of termite damage. Fortunately my inspector was able to communicate this to Team Termite and the the final report reflected the clear termite damage. However, the only communication I ever had with Team Termite was a bill for their completely negligent service. They never acknowledged their poor service. Completely unacceptable. Do not use Team Termite for your inspection.

  Bruce and his Team are professional and were quick to respond. Our issue was resolved promptly and I would recommend Team Termite and definitely use them in the future.
