Last year since they were recently back here from Florida they were told to go to flordia and have them done. And now this year since all of 2022 they were here in indiana we tried yet again. This time because they sold a property and forgot a piece of information that they could have clearly brought back at a different appointment they were told “he doesn’t want to do them to have the people in flordia do them” this is the worst customer service I have ever seen these people are in their 80s and just need some assistance but because it maybe a little bit of work for you you turned them away. I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows how bad this place is.
