- ETEmmy TedrickOct 22, 20252.0I was grateful that the friendly staff was able to get me in the same day when I called with eye pain. The Dr was terrific & I’m still very thankful. What I’m displeased with is that my the appointment cost $113. That’s known addition to the $160 that I paid just two days ago. And now they want me to. On my come back for another “follow-up” in two more days. Ive never been to an office that charge this way. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in the past. This just doesn’t seem quite right to me.
- RDRonda DuncanAug 4, 20251.0I have never had an issue with this place until this time. I received my new lenses and noticed an issue with them. I was brought back in so the Optometrist could recheck my eyes. She advised that the prescription was correct and I just needed to wear them more to get used to them. When I called again to say these lenses do not work for me I was told I was past the 60 day return window and could not get a refund. They will not make this write so I'm out over $400.00. Very disappointing. Had I been told a cut off date or had they just refunded them when I initially complained, I would not be in this situation. I do not recommend this office!
