I didn't get the license plate number but for the sake of the owner, it was a middle-aged dude with the black beard smoking a cigarette
- AEAshley ErtzFeb 12, 20251.0I called a little over 1 month ago for an estimate for one of my husbands rentals. I made it very clear on the phone that I was only calling for an estimate and would need to call around before scheduling anything. I did not schedule a day or time for services to be done and never called them back. We eneded out telling the tenants to call a different company that had better pricing to schedule something on their time. I received a call from that tenant today stating that the drain is still backing up from "that company you guys sent out" and that they think it was Taylor's sewer and drain because there was a letter in their mail with my personal name on. If you call this company for an estimate do not give them any information (they claimed they needed my name and the address of the rental before giving me an estimate, I regretfully trusted that this was just their process) because they will send someone out without consent. Had this been my personal home I would have turned them away but our tenants did not know any better. Now we have a surprise bill and drain that is still backing up.

They got it fixed in no time and they were very reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend Taylor's Sewer & Drain. They are coming next week to hook up a water line to my water purification system and connect it to my refrigerators ice maker. Great job guys! A thank you to Amber too!
