- SHShenice HallSep 9, 20253.0My most recent interaction with Taylor’s was not good at all. I took my car there to get a cv axle replaced about 8 weeks ago. I immediately called back after getting my car back bc it wasn’t driving right, but was told that shaking is not related. Over the past few weeks my vehicle has gotten worse and come to find out I needed both repaired instead of one. This makes me upset and not a satisfied customer because both should have been checked while there for repairs. I called back after finding out that my other cv axle needs to be replaced. I was told they were sorry they missed it, there were no notes about it being looked at and that they could replace it for $720. Ive taken my vehicle here multiple times and usually have a great an experience so this lost recent visit was very disappointing.
