  We have wanted to update our kitchen for quite some time. We stumbled upon Tarpon Marble. From day one they were friendly and helpful, with no pressure tactics. We originally thought we wanted granite but after looking at their huge selection and chatting with their knowledgeable staff we decided to go with quartz. When we had chosen our counter top, we asked about the backsplash and were pleasantly surprised to find they can handle that too. They came out promptly to take measurements, and were ready to install in under a week! They removed the old counter tops and backsplash, and installed the new materials the next day. We had pre-purchased a new sink, which they had measured for, and undermount installed onsite, including holes for soap dispenser and faucet. They were gentle with our older cabinets, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. We are so impressed, we are planning on doing the bathroom walls and countertops. My wife is very happy and I would highly recommend.

  Nick is a great family friend. Beautifully ran business, smooth, above and beyond your average marketplace for your investment. Extremely professional and orderly, with a great personality . Highly recommended and appreciated as always.

  A true class act. Tarpon Marble was subcontracted to do a quartz countertop in my office. After the job was completed, I noticed an issue which did not match my expectations based on my earlier discussion with them. The overall quality of the workmanship was flawless - the fabrication, finishing, and installation of the stone were 100% quality. But the issue I noticed made it a no-go for me and unfortunately the only acceptable resolution was complete replacement. I had already paid the contractor, who had already paid Tarpon Marble. Based on a highly negative experience with that contractor and the previous countertop subcontractor, I was expecting to have to fight hard for any sort of resolution. I was geared up for the usual contractor - subcontractor blame game, passing the buck, obfuscation, etc. I am happy to report I encountered exactly none of that here. I came in, guns blazing, ready for a showdown. The moment I made Nico aware of the problem, the next words out of his mouth were: "If you're not happy with it, we'll replace it. No problem." No hesitation. No pushback. Just a simple, clear, complete resolution, offered immediately, with a warm smile. I still had some fight left in me so even after the perfect resolution was offered, I made some nasty comments and accusations that I now regret. Nico and Victoria handled my bad attitude with pure class and professionalism. A few times during this and the previous conversation, when I mentioned concerns, Nico pointed out that they had been in business for 31 years and their reputation was very important to them. It really shows. Their commitment to quality shows in the excellent workmanship of this job, and their commitment to satisfied customers and long-term relationships shows in how they handle issues like this. Their 31 years in business appear to be well-deserved. Thank you, Tarpon Marble, for restoring my faith in good business! This review may be a little premature since the resolution hasn't been completed yet, but based on the quality of the workmanship of the initial job, and the professionalism and dedication to customer service I experienced today, I will be amazed if the final product and experience is anything other than 5-star review worthy. I will update with pictures once the job is completed.

  Outstanding. Fair pricing, professional service and amazing product. We purchased material for three houses all at one time and we will be back soon for additional countertops for more projects! Victoria and her crew are great to do business with. Thank you Tarpon Marble!
