  I stopped here on a Monday evening after fishing at the pier and OMG my seafood craving was satisfied. I’m so glad I found this place!! The steamed shrimp was so good. The mixed butter sauce was phenomenal. The famous Tark style wings were bussing. The service and prices were great. The staff was friendly. You can see them cooking most of your food in front of you. It’s a cute little spot thats definitely worth stopping in if you’re in town.

  Daniella made our date night! She was inviting and made us want to stay and come back! Fantastic food and great service! Everyone was welcoming but she took the cake!

  GREAT seafood. It's hard to find any better at any price point. Great prices and they'll be plenty on your plate. Your meal will be freshly prepared. There are maybe 10 barstools inside and a small patio outside. It's small, so go at off peak hours. For cocktails, they have beer and wine only. A Fort Lauderdale/Dania landmark.

  We were trying to find good, local seafood and everyone was recommending the more expensive places and a local popped up and asked about Tarks. Everyone chimed in saying it was the best, so, we came to check it out. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The food was FANTASTIC and fresh! The fried grouper and the Manhattan clam chowder were absolutely delicious!!!!!! The oysters were decent sized and yummy! I would definitely recommend Tarks and we will be back when we are in the area again!!

  Ok this used to be my go to! We loved coming here for delicious wings, and oysters and steamed clams. Over the last couple of years though the cleanliness has decreased drastically. It smelled like moth balls last time I was in here so strong I almost left for that. We stopped getting oysters because we were finding little white worms on them and noticing they weren’t cleaned properly. But I ordered crab recently and the crab was also very dirty. I noticed flies and the floor in the bathroom was slick with what felt like oil. I think following more cleaning practices would help restore this business to its former glory, love the vibe and people here
