  Just walked in with a friend to look at guns and we were literally ignored! Staff looked right in our face while we were looking at the counter and went the other way. If there was an item that I needed I would suffer before I purchased it here. Not one single word was spoken by either of the staff to us in the 3-5 mins we looked around. No excuse for that kind of service.

  I totally appreciate the hospitality. I’m in town with a friend. I decided to carry my business watch to change the battery. I wanted to try out the difference in customer service. It’s as good as it gets in the south. I am New Yorker and, we are known for our big eyes. Seriously, I wanted to see almost every significant piece of jewelry in the shop. Especially, while I tried to wait for a new battery change. Sean the clerk/cashier was very patient with me. He actually showed the pieces of jewels like they was on a show case or something. I mean, it was the best customer service ever! Sean was very kind and, curious even a little humor couldn’t this city girl at all. lol. He was really great with service for the record. I was able to find and, purchase nice exceptional piece. I am very satisfied as a customer for starters. P. S. Again, thank you for the best customer care ever. You guys are really great.
