Slow. Waited for almost 30 min. The to go was backed up. They had no sense of urgency for dine-in. Food was overly salted.
Other people had been waiting longer than me and were still waiting even after I got my food.

Not very customer friendly when going through the drive-through. It took 20 minutes just to get two shrimp tacos considering they weren’t that busy, it was a Tuesday night
Portions on plate were good, however the pork was rancid and the plate only came with two tortillas. The quality was not consistent on a second order. This might be taken as a great place for those who are not familiar with Mexican food as the place is large and clean providing a great feel atmosphere but the food is not as authentic and done sloppy as it tastes old and it is pricey for the better dishes. As a Mexican restaurant critique and being Mexican this is a classic place to the, I treat certain customers different based on tips and return visits type thing. Great place to get something in your stomach not a good place to expect quality or authentic food. Average cost for 2 to eat without tipping is around 40$ yes 40$ for average no better than whataburger quality and service.

I frequent this place. Whether it be with the family, boys, or a “quick” drive thru. The past 3 times (1 dine in and 2 drive thru’s”) I have been there I have not been impressed. Idk if it’s new management or what. It was the go to spot. I ordered a shredded beef torta today in the drive through today and it took over 20 minutes. What I received was a paper thin smashed piece of meat with a tomato, avocado, and lettuce.
Not exactly sure what’s going on now-a-days there.
I’ll still go, not drive thru, cuz when it’s good it’s good and the prices are fair.
The dining area was colorful and well-lit without being too bright. The complimentary chips were a little stale. The salsa that came with them had a good consistency and was probably at the lower end of medium as far as heat goes. I had the beef fajita chimichanga plate. The rice was a little dry, but had a good robust flavor. The refried beans had a smooth creamy texture and an interesting smokey flavor to them, but they could have been a little warmer. The chimichanga was completely packed with shredded beef and cheese and topped with a flavorful red sauce and cheese which all came together quite nicely with the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa provided. The server was friendly, efficient, and made her rounds to the table at just the right moments.
