I am writing this review in hopes that the owner sees this as what I experienced today was absolutely disgusting & changes need to happen immediately so that your employees don't shut down your business. I decided to try Tang's today for the first time, based on so many people in my area raving about how great the food is when people ask for Chinese food recommendations. Yes, the food tasted good but the employee decided to have her NAILS done up front at the counter in the style like a nail salon, 1 person sits on 1 side, 1 person sits on the other side & using an electronic device to file her nails, AT A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT! I was absolutely disgusted. That was the worst part, but equally disgusting were the tables. I don't mean a little dirty from a prior customer, I mean filthy, layered with dirt & dust, literal color of BLACK was coming onto the dry, little napkin, I could see the layers of dirt, there's no way these tables are wiped down with a WET rag with soap and water, if at all. (The floors were gross too. When she gave me my meal, I didn't see any napkins, so I asked her for napkins. She pointed to the 1 tiny napkin wrapped inside the plastic with the utensils instead of just giving me napkins. I said I wanted them to wipe the table & still she didn't follow me with a wet rag.) Employee was nice but common sense, you don't do your nails where you are SERVING FOOD. I asked her if she normally does nails there, NOT because I was interested but because I was horrified. She said (claimed) no, her sister is just off today. I honestly assumed I was going to a nice restaurant, the pictures are deceiving or maybe a long time ago. PLEASE clean up the filthy tables, your lobby & don't allow your employees to sit down & do eachothers nails at a FOOD place where you are SERVING FOOD! I'd ask you to check your cameras at about 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. on 9/30/2025, but I either doubt they are working if your employee is having her nails done right in front of it at the counter or the owner(s) have been turning a blind eye for too long.
