  I got the French onion burger with fries and my partner had the Mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. It’s very good with a lot of flavor. The onion rings had the perfect crunch and the fries were very tasteful. I definitely recommend trying this place out. Staff was also very friendly and helpful with the menu.

  Food is ok, but the kids burger was a rip off. The patty was half a patty and the bun over powered it. It was also advertised that it was served with fries but the fries did not come with it. $11 dollars for just a kids burger with no fries is ridiculous. You would basically pay almost $20 for the burger if you "add" the fries. They should be included. The bbq bacon burger was okay, the sweet potato fries need seasoning and the marshmallow sauce they come with is a weird combo

  😍Estamos de paseo por Tampa y decidimos comernos una hamburguesa.. asi que quisimos probar en este local.. y FUE LA MEJOR ELECCION que pude escoger! SUPER buena atención muy amables y SUPER RICA sus hamburguesas, sus papas con queso y shakes😍 sin duda regresare con mi familia😍

  Il locale puzza ed è sporco, quando ti siedi al tavolo c’è il pavimento appiccicoso. Prezzi esagerati per quello che ti danno. Panini con un retrogusto amaro e per niente gustosi, il formaggio non era neanche sciolto. Le patatine insapori e senza sale fatte con olio vecchio, erano solo croccanti e costano $6. Penso che possiate trovare altri posti che a un prezzo nettamente inferiore vi danno di meglio

  Walking in with all the hype was truly expecting a gourmet experience. Instead, I found the experience to be upscale fast food with gourmet burger hype. Hearing the burger clank down on the grill showing off it's frozen quality and then watching the clamshell grill in action, followed by all the buzzers and bells going off for the frozen fries... that was a very disappointing start. Upon the food arriving I was greated by a nicely presented fresh lettuce bun and other fresh ingredients on the burger. That was a pleasant surprise, but the burger patty itself needs an upgrade for this to be ranked a high score as a gourmet burger joint. As for the fries. Wished they were fresh cut in house with some malt vinegar around, as that's the gourmet experience. But for what they were, the fries were a great fast food fry. Overall. As a fast food joint this place would be a solid 4 or 5 star burger joint. But the marketing and price point has this going for a gourmet burger experience, and to hang at that level this place falls short compared to the competition. Me and the stinky Donkey agree here. A 2 star dislike on this experience since it misses the target they are going for. It's not a gourmet burger experience.
