  My tree was in need of trimming and Tall Timbers did a great job! The tree looks so much better. I would certainly recommend them!

  Tall timbers did a wonderful job on trimming the large tree in my front yard. They were on time, efficient and very reasonable pricing compared to others I got quotes from. I will use them again!

  Our entire experience with Tall Timbers Tree & Shrub Service was excellent! The scheduling of our first encounter with Tall Timbers was very prompt. Alex, the job estimator/salesperson, was courteous and listened carefully to what we needed done regarding the pruning of our two 35+ foot Ponderosa trees. He offered useful advice and scheduled our job very quickly to accommodate our insurance requirements. The three trimming/pruning individuals, Ian, Lauren, and Luke, were also awesome. They were very interactive throughout the pruning process, making sure that our expectations were met. Ian, Lauren, and Luke were so skilled at their jobs; mindful of safety issues and respectful of property. It was such a relief to have the work done right, and we highly recommend Tall Timbers Tree & Shrub Service!

  We obtained several quotes to spray our aspen trees for poplar borers. We received a quote on July 31st from Tall Timbers and based off of reviews and the initial customer service, we decided to proceed with Tall Timbers and informed they on August 8th. Due to the severity of the issue, we requested that they look into expediting the spraying for us, within 2-3 if possible. After a number of phone calls and several follow up calls, not from them, but us reaching out, we were finally scheduled for our trees to be sprayed on September 10th. September 10th came, and they were a no show and no call. After speaking with the office, they rescheduled the appointment for September 17th. What do you know, another no show. After speaking with them again, it turns out they had an event scheduled on the 17th which is why no one showed. They told us that they would have the manager call us on September 18th and shockingly, no call. Needless to say, I called them today and cancelled all services, not that there was anything to cancel. On top of all of that, we have come to find out, by speaking with 3 other companies, that spraying for aspen poplar borers in the fall is ineffective. So they were going to charge me for service that would have had no impact on my aspen trees. Rip off and poor customer service. Not sure how they received all the positive rating but maybe management has changed. Apparently, they do great with clearing trees but spraying and other services...steer clear and be aware. I gave them many opportunities to make the situation right and they have clearly shown they are not interested and have no sense of urgency. There are other solid companies that offer the same service and I would highly recommend doing your research.
