  Great service as usual. A very prompt and well communicated visit and repair. I can’t imagine a better North Woods business with repair services, follow up and friendly employees. A real find for your plumbing emergencies.

  I had given this company a 5 star review 3 years ago as they said i would get an immediate discount if i did so. I just came across that review again and wish to update. The company seems to have changed names 2 or 3 times since then. While they did unclog my septic lateral line, they charged me $1400 for the service. While they did show up and unclogged my line, in no way did I expect it to cost me $1400 for an hour. There was a high $ charge to just show up. Then they said they can use their camera to see what was clogging the line. I said "ok, go ahead " I wasn't told at that time they were going to charge me so they can use their camera. I don't care what they used, just clean my line out. The camera charge was another $250.. I paid and was hoping I'd never have to use them again. Unfortunately I had to call them again as my water heater went out. They showed up and told me it would be $3800 to replace my water heater. I laughed in their face and told them to leave. They charged me another $140 to just show up and take a look at it. I went to Menards, bought the top of the line Water heater that they sold and installed it by myself for less than $900. That is with all the new connections. It took me less than an hour to do and I had never installed one before. At this time, I would not recommend this company at all. In a year or two, they will be under a different name.. I believe at the time they were called something like "Discount Plumbing" ... As i said, this is an update from over 3 years ago. The only reason that I gave them 5 stars the first time is that they told me there would be an immediate discount if i did so... found out the discount was only $50...
