Despite arriving 10 minutes before closing time, the salesperson locked the door from the outside, making it clear they saw us attempting to enter. A simple explanation of the limited time remaining and providing a cost breakdown sheet would have sufficed. This experience was appalling, and I intend to share our unwelcoming encounter widely. While Richmond may claim it's an isolated incident, the lasting impression of poor customer service will be hard to forget. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and ensures their staff adheres to designated closing times, recognizing the impact on potential homebuyers who invest time and effort in visiting their locations.
