How do I know the game truck can come to my house?
Our experienced drivers are trained to navigate most flat residential and commercial areas safely. If your location includes hills or rough terrain, we can be redirected to a nearby park, church, or business parking lot for the event.
Can I decorate the bus?
Decorations on the bus are limited to balloons only. We do not allow any items to be attached to the walls, and there is no space available for tables.
Do you drive the kids around?
The party bus remains stationary for the entire duration of the event. We do not offer any transportation services, including pickup or drop-off.
Can I bring food, cake or cupcakes on the bus?
We do not allow food or drinks on the bus. Most clients serve refreshments inside their homes or at a nearby restaurant or venue while we are outside.
Will the kids know what to do?
Our game coach accompanies every event to assist, guide, and instruct the children throughout the party.
Can parents stay on the Party Bus during the party?
Parent attendance is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the number of children and available space. We always allow at least one parent, typically the party host, to remain on the bus as a chaperone if desired.
Do you have a sound system on the bus ?
Yes, our bus is equipped with a high-quality bluetooth sound system for your entertainment needs.
Can we bring food and drinks on the bus?
While refreshments are allowed on the bus, please note that food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the game truck itself.
Do we charge by the number of stops?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate rather than the number of stops made during the event.
Can we extend our time the day of the event if needed?
Time extensions on the day of the event are possible if they do not conflict with other scheduled bookings. We recommend booking additional hours in advance if you anticipate needing extra time.
What areas do you service?
St Charles-St Louis county/city and nearby Illinois counties.
Is there a fuel surcharge?
There is only a fuel surcharge for pickup locations further than 25 miles from the 63301 zip code.
Do you match any competitor's prices?
We feel that we are competitive and if you give us a quote from a competitor in our ranking we will try to meet or beat it!
