  Every time I come here there’s an issue. I just left this location 10 minutes ago got home and my food had no meat in it. I ordered chicken with my meal and it was all veggies I’m sure they charged me for it tho 🤦🏽‍♂️

  El Nuevo lunar de hamburgers que Pusieron la persona que lo atiende vine el sabayon de la semana pasada ya vine como alas 8 de la noche ya no habia mexi burgers bueno lo entiendo pero de la forma que te lo dice es un poco despota hoy regrese para una segunda opportunities lo mismo te atiende de mala gana siempre digo si no le guste si trabajo que cambie de trabajo o que cambie si actitud

  Was here yesterday afternoon with several friends and our experience was sadly dissapointing. 3 of us tried for several minutes to correct orders only to just give up. I was even speaking in spanish and spelling in both english and spanish as well as pointing at the truck. Granted my spanish maybe a bit rusty, but i skated by growing up in los angeles and with over a decade of spanish lessons and some italian. For 4 orders, it took ~20 minutes to place and when we either got our orders correct or just settled on the same item being repeated for us over and over, 3 of our four orders were wrong, and no more limes? I get u want the majority of the money coming in to your hands as opposed to other venues, but opening multiple establishments while diminishing quality is a reason i will not be returning until this whole "uber crowd/wrong order/ lack of care or attention clears up. The saddest part is all the acknowledgement over the bad reviews "<3" without so much as a reply of any attempt to reconsile customer experience. I rly liked the dude who opened this spot, but i could hear the waitress struggling asking for help with english (even tho im fairly fluent) and he gave no response. Idk if this is a family situation but it was disheartening for all of us. Even the table behind us joined in with simmilar experiences after grinning while listening to us be confused. Greed? My friend also recieved his fries with no fork and proceeded to wait first in line for another 15 minutes. I wanted so badly to go up to the dude at the burger stand for his business 'sake but he was obviously unmotivated to help or listen. The only redeeming quality is the birria and if pricing continues how it is, it will not even be worth it honestly. Even when they opened, theyre were 5 other birria trucks in town but they had such a good thing and let it go.
