  I’m a business owner and an ACF Chef. It’s very difficult to be in business and the only ones that seem to be able to stay in business are very few and often for reasons not easily explained. Everyone is a food critic now and most people are in bad moods and just overall angry. So, when patrons come to a restaurant they expect and command the best of the best and if they don’t get their delusional bar met they trash the business. If I have a bad experience I just don’t go back. It’s not my job on this planet to destroy someone’s business because I wasn’t happy with them. Tacolandia, in my opinion, is not the best name for a Mexican restaurant. But, what is? Every name possibly imaginable has been taken and used. I guess “Best Mexican Food In Louisville” was too long of a name for Tacolandia and a little precocious. But, in my professional and personal experience and opinion, it is the best Mexican food in Louisville. Tacolandia is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in Louisville for years if not forever. The buffet at Mango’s was amazing back in the “day” and Taco City is great now. But, Tacolandia edges out everyone else that I’ve ever tried in Louisville and for that matter, just about any other place that I’ve ever been. It’s puzzling how so many people, preparing the same ingredients in so many different ways, have such extremely varying results. I don’t know why Tacolandia is better, but it is. I hope that they can continue this superior quality and taste. I’m loving it and I’m sure that you will also. To Tacolandia: You are my #1. Ron

  Great place some of the best street taco’s I’ve had also the inside is beautiful staff is fantastic they also have boys that bring your food to the table pretty cool

  Good food with large portions. I got a chicharron torta, and it came with a huge side of fries. The torta was tasty, if not a bit greasy. Some fries were fresh, while some tasted a bit stale. The space inside is huge, and there is plenty of parking. They also have a robotic server!

  Desde que llegué, supe que este lugar sería especial. El ambiente es moderno, acogedor y con un toque divertido que te hace sentir bien al instante. La atención es excelente — el personal es amable, atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Pero lo mejor de todo… ¡el robot que te trae la comida! 😍 Es una experiencia única y muy entretenida, perfecta para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Además, la comida está deliciosa: los tacos tienen un sabor espectacular, con ingredientes frescos y bien sazonados. Se nota que cada platillo está hecho con cariño y estilo. Tacolandia combina tecnología, sabor y un ambiente genial. Sin duda, uno de mis lugares favoritos — ¡ya quiero volver! 🔥🌮💫

  The food was great and very authentic (at least as far as this gringo could tell). Great selection, not your average fast Mexican taco place. Was kind of dead inside, which is a shame based on the food! Will absolutely go again next timeI'm in the L.
