  Showed proof of a stollen order and the female with red and black hair not held back with a hat or hairnet that I saw making food nor the blonde assistant manager could help me with a stolen order from their third party door dash. Maybe make your employees wear nametags to be identified by. Now the blond supposed assistant manager as she explained her title told me that they couldn’t replace my order but no one knew what the dasher looked like that picked up my order worse store ever and the upper management is useless

  Found hair in my food, chicken quesadilla fell apart. Gave me a fountain drink with no ice , they should’ve communicated their ice machine was down from the beginning. Cinnamon twists was not good can tell they don’t change their oil. Worst store compared to other locations in town.

  Taco Bell, are you missing a screw from your slushy machine? 🤮🤮 My daughter drank 1/3 before she noticed it! Disgusting. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, all you can do is drive back to file a complaint. Who wants to do that after working 12 hours and driving in rush hour traffic. This is crazy!!!!
