  They keep messing up my order after I repeatedly have to tell them otherwise and I say no cheese on tacos and still had it I coulda died. I had to remove a lot of cheese on my tacos.

  So disappointed because I work at taco bell and I get the same thing every time. My food came out way too fast. I asked for it to be made fresh like I always do and I got everything soggy like it was microwaved. I know this because the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream were all the same temperature along with the meat...del taco is better and I've been eating here since I was a kid so its really sad to say that. When food is made fresh there's steam coming off it. I miss the old taco bell...when everything was made fresh and the people who worked there actually love their job because 1 person wasn't getting paid the bare minimum to do what 3 people normally get paid to do. Hire more people so night/morning shift can enjoy their job and take better care of customers. And at this point every taco bell should be recording the audio for drive thru like the one I work at because customer service can be the difference between barely making daily profit goals and going over that. I hope y'all get some help soon cause I might just call my friend at the corporate office and have them do a random inspection. Make sure everyone is doing what they're getting paid to do.

  This is not worth $9. It's more than half empty and I paid for extra steak. This Taco Bell is awful.

  This is thee worst Taco Bell ever! I go here all the time because my son loves Taco Bell and we were on this side of town. Tonight I went and got two discovery boxes and some cinnamon twist. Well first off they don’t give me my cinnamon twist and the food looked old! It’s my fault but I should’ve checked it before pulling out the drive thru. I asked for Baja Blast for the drinks and both were just blue water. Come on, yall have to do better. This is starting to get ridiculous. They won’t get anymore of my money!!!!

  The service was terrible. We came at 4:00AM to the drive thru and no response from the workers we drove at the window and no workers were there. Suddenly there was two workers. We order and all we heard was mumbling and we barely heard anything! The worker was rude to me because my English was bad. I clearly said “root beer” but he just stared at me. Horrible service.
