usually dont have a problem with our food but i placed a mobile order and at the window was asked if i wanted any sauces and said i would pay cash for the nacho sauce, lady told me her systems down and cant charge me? but the restaurant was open and taking orders? ok. i asked her if she could just throw an extra in or if i could just leave her the $1 for the sauce and kept repeating herself she cant charge me. confused on why were being stingy over a dollar sauce but ok.

The SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. A Dunkin at 7 am would be faster. Employees, especially at night, do not respond in a remotely appropriate rate, even to online orders. This location seriously needs to work on customer service and speed.

Wish I could give 0 stars, that staff is extemely rude. Busy or not, if you're out of certain items or not , don't talk to me while verbally scoffing . I will never come to this location again. I was here October , 4th, 2025 , 8:38pm. Whoever was working this shift needs a visit from HR on customer service, it's not hard to even pretend to be nice when a customer is nice in the first place.

Not sure what the point of mobile ordering is if you order ahead of time and then you sit in the parking lot waiting for over a half hour for your food. Franchise owner needs to figure it out here. Very poor customer service.
These places are really losing there shine with the lack of service and slippery floors it's just annoying to even walk in workers stare at you waiting to pay for the order you punched in on the kiosk considering you want to use cash the food has no love and the price point is borderline not worth it anymore.
