  Great place. Got my order and my bag broke as I was walking out. Staff came to my rescue and remade my order instantly even though I felt it was my fault. Great job to manager who made sure I was taken care of. All the staff was very friendly.

  The music was way, way too loud...it was measuring almost 90 db...impossible to talk to my date or hear my name being called. We waited almost 20 minutes for our fast food and then had to ask for napkins. Air conditioning was cranked up way too much.

  Good Food and service but had code on restroom which is so annoying. I understand for homelessness purposes but still.

  Very slow service and too loud. Staff members are very polite and professional, however. Seems like a procedures issue.

  As a person who used to go to this taco bell religiously it is very disappointing to see how horrible their service continues to be. These people could not care less about you even if you are staring them down because you're waiting for an online order. I've worked many food service jobs before and can have a certain level of understanding when food isn't always out on time or you just happen to not see the person waiting. This is beyond unacceptable. Can't believe a place like this is allowed to run this way. Everyone is better off taking the extra drive to the location in Poway, at least they have faster service.
