  Always check your food especially if you're buying drive through in Ruckersville, they always skimp you and forget something, 99% of the time you're missing something. (Edit) Went from 2 stars to 1, as I was eating my chalupa I found plastic in it! Disgusting don't eat here! I'm done giving this taco bell any more chances enough is enough!

  I went through drive thru, I person taking the order rung up the wrong item, didn't clarify if order was correct. At the window I told her I wanted two of the 3.00 grilled burrito. I had to ask for a receipt then when I pulled away and checked the order she has rung up three chipotle ranch grilled burritos. I came back around to get it fixed, the cashier and manager argued that I was incorrect because the steak is grilled on one and burrito is grilled on the other. I showed the menu picture on the app, both say grilled stuffed. After further arguing I asked for a refund to which I was told id have to come inside. I had come out for a drive thru run no shoes which I explained. The manager still refused and slammed the window. My wife had to go in in her night clothes to get our refund. Another manager had to help with the refund.

  My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon, we placed an order at the counter and waited 15 minutes for 5 food items. Once the food finally came out, it was on a tray, we place a to go order. After telling this to who I am assuming was the store manager he gave me attitude ran to the back of the kitchen and threw out food into a bag, turning over our cheese and fries making a mess out of it. 1/10 wouldn't recommend.
