  Ordered a meal off door dash for 2 party packs and only received 1 while they took the money, and refuses to answer the phone now

  Workers are lazy, I was at the counter waiting for 10 minutes and everyone just walked past without acknowledging me. Won't visit here again

  Mixed experiences here in terms of the quality of the food but I've always had good service here. My main issue is this taco bell doesn't accept the app for orders meaning that you are paying normal menu prices for taco bell which nowadays is just not worth it. Otherwise it's exactly what you would expect from a taco bell.

  This is supposed to be fast food, but unless you plan on waiting in line for a minimum of 15 minutes don't bother to visit this place. If you do have an extended amount of time to wait for your food be sure to check your bag before you leave because there is ALWAYS something missing from the order. As if this wasn't bad enough, there isn't any room to get out of the parking lot if you plan to go inside to get your food and there is certainly no way to get out of the line once you are in it. I try to avoid this place, but my teenage son asks me to take him every now and then because he takes classes near by. Tonight I went through the driver through at 9:05 p.m. and didn't get out of there until after 9:20 p.m. and all I ordered was a few small things from Taco Bell. That was only to find out that a part of our order was missing. When I sent my nephew inside to get the item that was missing they young woman that he spoke to didn't want to replace the one item as though we were lying. Why would I lie for a $2.00 taco!!!!! ? I work in customer service and I manage a team of people that provide top notch customer service because they understand that if customers are not happy, they will NOT return. By far the worst experience I have ever had with food service.
