  Normally my girlfriend and I love this place. They normally have great service, quick severing and amazing attitudes. On October 7th at 7:25 we went to get our usual orders. We sat in the drive through at the window for 30 minutes waiting for our food. A huge line grew behind us. At 7:55 they told us it would be a 7 minutes wait for mac n cheese. We waited 20 minutes in a parking spot watching as 15+ cars go through the drive through. My girlfriend goes in and asked for an eta, they looked around super confused acting like she wasn’t speaking English. We waited another 10 minutes for them to finally bring our food out. This is not the normal Tuesday crew that we see and everyone says hi. We come here a lot but this was not what we expected. 1 Star for the management this night.

  They never really got our orders right. Understaffed location, too. Food is really good though.

  If im wasting my time to drop a review on fast food, you know it was abysmal. First off, the employees sound more depressed than anyone I've ever spoken to. They forgot my sauce and two soft tacos. The kfc chicken strips were old and soggy. Trust me, drive the extra few minutes and eat LITERALLY anywhere else. Food and staff are both bottom rung. 💀

  The food from this KFC / Taco Bell as always been consistently good. The even better part of this location is the staff. My experience has been very pleasant, and all staff members have been very nice, and they all seem pretty happy!
