  I blame management! This location must be severely understaffed and mismanaged. I’m sure all the employees are trying their best but it’s never taken me less than 30-45 minutes to get through the drive through. You end up ordering and they tel you “please wait around the corner” with the other 15 cars that are now all in a tangled mess. They have zero tracking for what car belongs to what food and walk around confused. This is all done to keep up a metric of how quickly they can get cars through the drive through and it makes the experience 10x worse. I feel bad for the employees because it’s probably management coming down on them for slow service when it’s the fault of them.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a disaster 24/7. There has never been an instance where I order something that they dont have. Oh and its take 30 minutes to make an order. Don't go through the drive through you'll die of starvation before you order. And I've only been to this location 4-5 times randomly over a few years. Im done.

  I come through after work around 845-9pm a few time a week and without failure I’m being asked to park and they will bring me out my food… while there are 5-6 cars parked in front of me and the cars behind me being parked as well. I don’t mind waiting but over 20 mins is much.. I feel like this is more than normal For this time of night and with how often it’s kinda of crazy. Not fast food at all. . The most annoying part is my food is cold when I receive it most times.

  I do not even know where to start with you guys. We ordered taco bell on door dash, and I can ASSURE you, it is not the dashers fault. Like I guess first off it took you guys over an hour to get out food ready. The food was cold by the time it got here. And not a single item in the order was correct except the drinks, which the ice was completely melted. Of course we disputed it and they redelivered, and we got the food back, but also took an hour for the food to get here again, and while the items were correct, it is like you guys could not even comprehend what no lettuce or tomato or sour cream means. I normally do not leave rude reviews out of respect of other people, but you guys actually suck at your jobs. If it takes you 1 hour to make an order, nit a single item should be wrong, but no you guys just throw whatever in like the customer will be fine. Actual garbage. You guys suck. Never ordering here again. And I highly do not recomend to anyone waiting an hour for their food, to get picked up, and nine if it be right. Pathetic.

  Absolutely the worst fast food place to exist. I’ve given this location chance after chance but it’s been nothing but a disappointment. I have officially given up and will go to Manchester from now on as a Londonderry resident. Either the orders wrong, the sauce is forgotten or I’m waiting an hour for a couple tacos. Sick of being asked to pull around to the front where there’s already 10 other cars waiting. For what? If you can’t handle the amount of customers that consistently come during lunch or dinner why not hire more employees or stop accepting DoorDash orders! I don’t blame any of the employees they are overwhelmed and overworked. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to restructure or change SOMETHING. It’s a complete joke.
