  Absolutely awful. Ordered through Uber eats only for it to take them 40 minutes to make me the wrong food, for my food to be old and cold. Once I got it only received a partial refund through Uber. Don't order for the Uber deals at this location. Just pay more money elsewhere. There was absolutely no reason for my order to be wrong. We didn't even modify anything besides no tomatoes on one taco. If you hate your job that much just quit. I shouldn't be punished because you're lazy. I already paid for my food, make it the way you're supposed to????

  So sad, this location has gone down hill. It's so convenient, but not worth my time and drive anymore. It's worth driving to another location.

  This place has gone down hill big time! I worked here as a teenager 23 years ago and things have drastically changed today. The Isleta location had a night shift manager that had been there for many years. We would only go when he would be there. He only worked Monday through Friday. At the beginning, we noticed every time we would go on a Saturday or Sunday our order would be messed up, and the quality of the food was disgusting to say the least. So as long as we went Monday through Friday, our order was always made correctly and service was always quick. That manager is no longer there anymore. Hopefully, he left on his own terms and not him getting fired because he was a jewel! I always wondered what he was doing working at a Taco Bell when he was made for something more. He deserved to be way more successful. Now, looking at the bigger picture, I understand why he probably didn’t wanna work there anymore. There is now a young Hispanic girl with an attitude. Now when you go through the drive-through, they have the customers park next-door at the O’Reillys. I really don’t mind except they take their sweet time and the O’Reillys parking lot is dark and there is a lot of homeless people. So I decided to park and get down. This evening I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time which meant it should’ve been ready to go when I walked in and told them my name. I waited a total of 38 minutes for my order to be made. I didn’t feel comfortable, complaining, and fear of what the employees would do to my food. I know that sounds crazy but the type of people that you guys have working at this location you can tell they are very capable of doing something that disgusting especially the girl I mentioned above. She has an attitude like she always wants to fight somebody. Today she kept walking back-and-forth mocking people saying, “ I need to talk to your manager” and a very irritating tone. I finally got my order and I began to check it and I was missing a few items. I didn’t even want to tell them I was missing it, but it wasn’t just one thing. It was three things. I very kindly told them I was missing food and that same girl rolled her eyes and followed to the back to go make my food with her attitude. I don’t even know why she went back there when she was in the bathroom the whole time I was waiting out in the lobby. She wasn’t helping out at all.I made sure to put the food aside and throw it away because I do not trust her. . I don’t even need to give a name. I know management who will eventually read this we know exactly who I’m talking about. She is very unkind and rude. Not to mention very confrontational. Tonight was the last night I will be going to this location. Taco Bell is ready not the best place to eat that’s healthy to begin with but when you mix that with employees who just don’t care and just slap your food together it obviously makes it worse. So I will not be feeding my family this location ever again. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but the type of people you are hiring speaks volumes to the store manager. They clearly don’t care what’s going on when they clock out and go home. These young kids are messing around and not doing what they are paid to do. If you really think about it, people are coming to you to feed themselves or their families and trusting you to make them lunch or dinner And these people just don’t care. Anyway, avoid this location like the plague. You have been warned the next time you go here and you get your food and you are grossed out and treated badly I hope you will remember that I warned you.
