  I ordered lunch today and had fast friendly service from a gal name kristin..she even made conversation with me, super friendly...last week my family and I went in for dinner and it was fast friendly service from a young man name Nathaniel. He even came to the lobby a few times and checked on us!!! 😀 thank you red oak iowa kfc/taco bell

  First off the only restaurant reviews I normally leave are for great experiences. This is the first review I've left for such awful service. Went here tonight. As I pulled in I saw the drive thru was packed so I parked and went in. I ordered 3 Doritos locos taco supremes and a drink. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting. There was one lady preparing everyone's food. She got mad because the guy who was supposed to be helping was loafing. Then she began cussing and throwing lids and what not around. The 2 other customers and I looked at each other and raised our eyebrows. The lady customer said "maybe I should start recording". After 20 minutes I said to the cashier "my man, you got an ETA on my 3 tacos I ordered 20 min ago"?? Then...when I did finally get them they weren't even taco supremes but regular tacos. I would give zero stars if I could. I will NEVER return to that restaurant.

  Took 30 minutes to get a chicken quesadilla and 2 hard shell tacos. While waiting people were turned away stating there was a 20 minute wait.

  Gary the manager at this store is horrible!!! He needs to go to school to learn CUSTOME SERVICE SKILLS 😡😡😡😡😡

  The service was rude the lights were all off outside even the menu board. It was like 8:30 pm. Guy gave me the wrong soda. Got two twelve packs of hard tacos. Its almost $60. Drove all the way back to shenandoah get home and go to eat and none of them have lettuce and only a tiny bit of meat and cheese they were supposed to all be regular hard tacos. I called to ask and the guy was so dismissive and rude. Says o yah were out of lettuce and laughs at me. I was like you could have told me when I ordered and he just said my bad. Such a huge waste of money. The tacos are pretty much just old stale shells.
