- SSSheel ShahOct 10, 20251.0This Taco Bell needs to be shut down. We got sick eating here. We had a stomach bug. This was more out fault because we should have ate it. Service took forever and that should have been our dead give away. They gave us extra things we hadn't ordered. They were missing the actual taco we ordered. We didn't go back because it took forever and there were already 15 people waiting. I dont know why it took forever. It took forever to take our order. We had to get someone's attention. They also dont have kiosks to take orders so the only way to take an order is at the front. So why didn't that people that are there notice that there are many groups of people waiting. They just kept passing by. No sense of customer service. The guy taking the order - I had to repeat over and over again each order. He was so slow that i had to make sure to go very slowly. So in short it is dirty, nasty and should be shut down. I hope Taco Bell management is reading this. That is Taco Bell management at the corporate office.

This place is convenient to where we live but we will gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to the bel air Taco Bell considering this one continues to disappoint every single time. They make you drive up and pull over by the front of the store and take 15-20 minutes to bring you your food which is not of quality. Never going back.
