  I didnt get her name, but there was an older black female employee, on September 19th she provided amazing customer service. This is my first time visiting San Diego by myself, nice people here. Thank you for assisting with correcting my order :)

  Girl taking the order had an attitude but I just decided to ignore it because I was tired and just trying to get my food. I get home and the chicken doesn’t even have chicken, grilled cheese burrito from taco bell as well it’s the worse one I’ve ever had compared to other Taco Bell’s.

  Everytime i go here the service is terrible and my order is almost always incorrect, today i went to the drivethrough, i sat there for 10 minutes (with the welcoming message) saying "do you want to try the new whatever" and i literally had to say something (after waiting for someone to ask for my order and never getting talked to) i said HELLO? And the lady told me "we wont be open will 1130 today because our morning person called out" (they open at 930 am)
