- LALisa AndersonOct 31, 20251.0If I could give them zero stars I would but it isn’t an options. Every time I come to this location, The workers are extremely rude and the place is filthy. I went through the drive-through this time and ordered some food for my daughter and asked if they could add a lemonade because she forgot to let me know and they said they were not allowed to add to the ticket once we’re at the window paying. Which made no sense cause it was just a drink and I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my food. They are very unprofessional and the restaurant when you go inside reeks of sewer. From now on I’ll drive the extra 20 min Bellevue to order from kfc or Taco Bell. I keep trying to give this location a second chance but everytime it gets worse

It literally blows my mind. Drive further to another place it's worth it

The tenders were so dry and rubbery we couldn't eat it. The biscuits they first gave us were so hard and dry you could seriously injure someone with them. Employee told us their was fresh ones coming out of the oven. 15 min later we finally got them. Never have I had a bad experience with a KFC. "BUT" THIS PLACE WAS UNBELIEVABLE! Not in a good way! I don't recommend going to eat there. Just saying! Won't be back.
