  I understand that theyre doing the best they can with their lobby closed right now, but yall forgot the chicken chalupa I ordered, I should have checked, but was in a rush to get home so my kid could pee, but also no one picks up your phone so I could make you guys aware of the error, I could drive back, but why waste the gas. Yall need to slow down and double check to make sure everything that was ordered is actually in the bag.

  Rude lady at the window asking is that all messed up 2 of my drinks said thank you never got a you’re welcome just all around rude I asked for gravy on the side of my mashed potatoes they gave me a quarter of a dipping cup and gave me the smallest kfc biscuit I’ve ever seen

  They take 50 minutes just to take your order if you planned on getting food before going to work or during the lunchtime plan on being late to all your hit times

  Ordered an Uber eats and all my food came burnt. and why was my quesadilla folded in a medium bag? I worked at Taco Bell for years and never got a worse order from a store. had to throw it away and when i called they said they couldn’t do anything about it. shame. can’t do anything about how bad they work there. no way you give a customer BURNT food. not one item but two. the main two items in the trash.
