There was a line behind me too, some started to drive away. I was told they didn’t know someone was at the drive-thru. I’m never given or asked if I need my receipt.

The staff was just working and preparing orders, not super interactive but they're not supposed to be. It was my first job a couple decades ago when tacos were 89 cents so forgive me for being biased.
