  This Taco Bell/KFC is really hit or miss. I've had visits where everything is quick and accurate and others where everything is a struggle. Usually if they have food for the KFC menu they won't have it for the Taco Bell menu or vice versa. Not enough staffing.

  Came here to pick up door dash around 1 p.m. today. The elderly lady behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment really bad. When I walked up to the counter for the order pick up she proceeds to say in a nasty tone of voice "finally! It's been sitting here for a long time you know!" I calmly and nicely explain that there was a lot of traffic holding me up and I had only just gotten the notification. She then says "is not my problem and don't be nasty to me!" I laughed and explained I wasn't the one being nasty as she refuses to give me the order right away and instead held me there to continue being hostile towards me. As I walk away she proceeds to tell me to never come back in the store again and screams at me to get out. Hahaha I don't even eat that stuff I only deliver it. I don't want your nasty food! Don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap by a miserable old lady

  I'd give the customer service zero stars if I could I avoid this place as much as possible I tend to doordash and I typically will not take their DoorDash orders because the customer service here is terrible they don't greet you when you walk in you'll stand at the counter for 10 minutes while they're standing there or running around and they won't even ask you how they can help you. The wait line for drive-thru or lobby is always 15 to 30 minute wait I think there has to be very bad management or employees who just don't care about their job This will be my last ordash for them and unfortunately I don't come here for my my own family anymore because the customer service is terrible and the wait is ridiculous. This is the only Taco Bell that I know of that is this bad

  This place is, as my fiancé put it, “going through it.” - the attendant was mid fight with someone else on the staff when we pulled up to the drive through window, my fiancé said “no worries” - we received half our order of four things (so two) - we went in to grab the rest and the tension was palpable - the sound of intense sneezing at the food prep station was hopefully not aimed at the food. - things were BAD at this Taco Bell/KFC. Still not sure what I ate, but it was not my order. The item looked like maybe someone had punched it? Was very torn up. I feel for the people working here, but I also feel for anyone who may accidentally think this is going to be a good idea. Do not go. For any reason.

  Literally the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too and as the world knows every Taco Bell is slow. But genuinely I’ve gone here a many times bc I love Taco Bell so much, but before going, you have to stop and think to yourself, is it worth losing an hour of my life? Because let me tell you one thing, you will be waiting for at least one hour no matter how little you get. I’m not sure how it’s the 21st century and a store can be this bad.
