  This was the WORST customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I normally give places the benefit of the doubt when I see bad reviews but please trust these reviews and do not go here. We were the ONLY car in line and no one was in the restaurant. It still took 20 minutes from start to finish (we ordered a taco and a quesadilla, that's it). There were 3 employees working (that I saw). One was walking in and out of the building the entire time and the other two were having themselves a good ol' time hooting and hollering in the back. I will never return to this establishment and I hope no one else has the misfortune of going here either.

  This is by far the worst fast food experience I’ve had in 15 years. Order placed 8:41. In sitting in the drive thru since 8:50. NOBODY acknowledges the drive thru. Pulled up to the window all 3 people have looked at me and haven’t said a dang thing. This is a joke who is running this place???

  This place is a joke, waited 2 hours to get my food that I placed online through their app. This is what I got. Sloppy, no cheese sauce, and missing items. This place needs to shut down

  Went here at 12:45 am on a Saturday morning and ordered in the drive thru asked for specific food without sour cream, and hot sauce and both orders had that on it. Also to make matters worse, when left the drive thru, we had sat there for 1 and 1/2 hours. I asked for refund and they told me it would be coming, I had no choice but to wait. How rude to not acknowledge we were sitting and waiting that long, no one ever came and said anything to me. I don’t recommend going here and I never want to again.

  Yall have made a new enemy in me. I ordered for delivery and what I received can only be described as inedible garbage (and that’s already a low standard with taco bell!) How have you managed to give me a raw quesadilla and then a burnt potato taco. They burnt those potatoes to such a crisp that I nearly broke my tooth. Do you think this is funny? That it’s a game? I waited over an hour to barely be able to eat anything I ordered. When the inevitable happens and this location closes, I will cheer and dance on the rummage that is left of this Taco Bell.
