  I came inside to eat on my lunch break (I work for FedEx) and some lady wanted to sit behind the counter and run her mouth about where I parked my truck. She didn’t realize I was sitting down eating my food then when she saw me she said I don’t understand why you couldn’t park your truck around back, very rudely! On my way out I looked around back and there was no parking. If she was more concerned about the quality of the food instead of my parking then maybe their wouldn’t be so many customer complaints about the food.

  No order kiosks here, so I used the Mobile app (for rewards deals). They got both items in my order wrong

  My review is two fold, first I don’t know how anyone gets hired here after my son showed up on time for his scheduled interview and was told that the manager wasn’t going to be in for 5 more hours. Second, Also the food is terrible & the service is sub par. My mashed potato bowls were nearly all gravy with 2 pieces of chicken. Not even a hello from the cashier in the drive thru. Do better!

  Worst people working Drive-Thru Lane. Don't even ask what you ordered and just give you someone else's without checking.

  We stopped to get some KFC and eat in. The 7 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Ad says that you can do a different side instead of 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and I've done it at other places. This place wouldn't let us and the chicken was cold, the breast was so small, you would think it was a small thigh. In fact the thighs and legs were miniature. The lady that took our order was very rude. If it wasn't for embarrassing my husband, I would have left and told her to keep her food. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there to eat.
